TACLOBAN CITY, Philippines — Dr. Nimfa T. Torremoro, Dean of Samar Colleges’ Graduate School, took her oath as the newly elected Member of the Board of Directors of Philippine Association for Graduate Education (PAGE) Inc., Region VIII Chapter for the year 2026-2029, during the induction of officers and oath taking ceremony held on April 28, 2026, at the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) Region VIII Office, Tacloban City, Leyte.

The ceremony was officiated by Dr. Maximo C. Aljibe, CHEDRO VIII Regional Director, who led the oath-taking and formal induction of the newly elected officers into the organization.

Dr. Torremoro’s election reinforces Samar Colleges’ continued commitment to academic leadership, innovation, and excellence in graduate education.
