On June 18, 2026, SGT. Roque D. Villarin, RES. PA, NSTP Coordinator, visited and monitored the training to assess the progress, welfare, and performance of the trainees and to ensure the successful implementation of the program.

A total of 81 SC Advance ROTC cadets are currently participating in the ongoing Summer Camp Training 2026 at Camp Downes, Ormoc City.

The trainees are composed of 23 cadets from MS 41–42 and 58 cadets from MS 31–33. Throughout the training, participants engage in activities designed to strengthen leadership, discipline, military proficiency, and character development.
